Terms of purchase and delivery

1) Definition of parties

The seller is Hadeland Glassverk AS (Reg. No.: 937 948 212), Glassverkvegen 9, 3520 Jevnaker, hereinafter referred to as the seller, we or us.
Buyer is the person stated as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as customer, buyer, you, yours or yours.

2) General terms and conditions

The terms of purchase apply to purchases of goods and services from www.hadeland-glassverk.no and its subpages.
The purchase terms and conditions and your order, confirmed by order, constitute the overall contractual basis for the purchase. Consumer purchases are regulated, among other things, by the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-Commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act.
If you are under 18 years of age, parental consent is required. Goods from the online store can generally only be ordered for delivery in Norway. Delivery outside the country's borders must be agreed in more detail with customer service.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and excluding shipping unless otherwise stated. The total cost will be stated before the order is placed, and will include all expenses associated with the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of all items based on printing errors, incorrect pricing, competitive conditions and all other reasons.

3) Payment

The customer chooses their own payment method. Payment is processed by qualified suppliers, Klarna Norge AS and Nets Branch Norway, respectively, which are secure electronic payment providers for Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard.
All information entered into Klarna Checkout or Nets, both personal information and card information, is encrypted and secured to the highest standards. All card information is stored in accordance with the card companies' regulations. You as an end customer can be completely confident that your information will never be lost, and that it will never be shared with third parties. We require payment for the goods from the time they are sent from us to the customer.

4) Delivery and delay

Shipping costs depend on the product purchased and delivery country. This is automatically calculated in the checkout.

We will send your package within 2-3 days. After that, DHL Express' current delivery time for packages will normally be 1-4 days depending on delivery location.

We reserve the right that goods may be out of stock or subject to price changes, incorrect price information and other possible errors in the information in our ads and on www.hadeland.com. If it turns out that an item you ordered from us has the wrong price or description, contact us by e-mail nettbutikk@hadeland.com

If an item is out of stock, other items will be shipped and the missing item(s) will be credited. The customer will receive a confirmation email regarding this credit.

6) Responsibility and examination of the products

Risk for the products passes to the customer as soon as they are in the customer's possession. After the customer has received the goods, the delivery should be examined as soon as possible to ensure that; the shipment is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or have other defects/defects.

7) Exchange/cancellation right

At Hadeland Glassverk you have an extended right of withdrawal for up to 30 days from the date you received the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received and with a completed withdrawal form. As soon as the return is approved, you will be refunded the applicable amount. Use our return label for an approved return, which costs 99,- which will be deducted from the refund. 8) Complaints

If there is a defect in the product, written notification must be given within a reasonable time by email to nettbutikk@hadeland.com. Complaints must be made no later than two years after the product was delivered. If the product or parts of the product are intended to last significantly longer, the deadline for complaints is five years. In the email, we ask you to indicate the order number, as well as which item number/item name the complaint applies to. Attach pictures that clearly show the defect/fault/damage

9) Reservations

We strive to provide our customers with as accurate information as possible, but we reserve the right to make typographical errors.
In the event of a sell-out situation, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of the order. In such situations, we will do our best to find alternative solutions. The customer will be given the option to accept a new offer with the respective changes or cancel the order.
Images used on our pages are illustrative and may differ from the actual appearance of the item.

We reserve the right not to deliver to Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

10) Personal data and other information

We are very concerned that personal data is handled in a secure manner. In general, we only process information that is necessary for us to be able to carry out our obligations to customers. In connection with accounting, tax handling and return/warranty handling, we are required to store, among other things, name, address and email. Credit card numbers are handled by a qualified payment service provider. Purchase history and log data are used to learn more about what our customers are interested in, as well as to improve offers and selection. Hadeland glassverk AS does not sell personal data to third parties and all information is handled confidentially. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

We offer communication via email and SMS. Receiving this is voluntary and you can easily unsubscribe at any time via My Page or contact us. We reserve the right to send out material by post to registered customers.

11) Customer's obligations

As a customer, you are responsible for paying for the services provided by the seller in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. This responsibility also includes the use of access by others (unauthorized use), unless it can be proven that this was made possible through negligence on the part of the seller.

12) Changes to the Terms

Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.

13) Extraordinary circumstances

The seller is not liable for indirect losses resulting from defects, etc. if the loss is caused by gross negligence or intent on the seller's part.

14) Force majeure

If delivery or redelivery is unreasonably onerous as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance beyond the parties' control, such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military conscription of a similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and riots, shortages of means of transport, general shortages of goods, as well as deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as are discussed in this section, the seller is exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaints and will credit it to the purchase price of the defective goods.

15) Copyright

All content on www.hadeland-glassverk.no belongs to Hadeland-Glassverk.no or a subcontractor of said property, and is protected by, among other things, copyright, marketing and trademark legislation. This means that all information, design, images and graphics may not under any circumstances be downloaded, copied or used without specific prior written consent from Hadeland-Glassverk AS.

16) Disputes

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the matter may be brought before the Consumer Council under Norwegian law.
