You need:
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 100 ml grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 100 ml water
- 250 ml club soda
- Ice cubes
- Edible flowers (optional)
How to do it:
- Put grapefruit juice, lemon juice, water, and sugar in a shaker. Shake until the sugar is dissolved.
- Dip the rim of the glass first in water, then in sugar for a decorative edge.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over.
- Top with club soda and garnish with flowers.
Strawberry spritz mocktail

You’ll need:
- 15 strawberries
- 2 tsp sugar

How to do it:

- If you like, rim the glass with sugar.
- Add ice cubes to the glass and pour in the mixture.

How to do it:
- Put all the ingredients in a shaker and shake well.
