At Hadeland Glassverk, shopping should be safe and easy. Here you’ll find information about the right of withdrawal, returns, complaints and how to proceed if something is wrong with your order.

We are currently experieheavy demand is causing slightly longer delivery times and processing of returns and complaints. We are working as quickly as we can and apologise for the inconvenience.

Responsibility and inspection of the item upon receipt

Once the goods have arrived to you, you assume responsibility for them. We recommend that you check the delivery as soon as you can – to ensure that everything matches your order and to uncover any damage in transit or other errors.

Right of withdrawal and returns

At Hadeland Glassverk we offer an extended right of withdrawal – you have a full 30 days from the day you receive your item to change your mind. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. As soon as the return is approved, the applicable amount will be refunded. Use our return label for an approved return; this costs NOK 99, which will be deducted from your refund. 

*Note: For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of earrings from Hadeland Jewellery.

  • From 1 October through the end of the year, an extended exchange period applies until 31/01.

As soon as we have processed and approved your return, we will refund the amount for the item. You can easily register your return via this link. 

We recommend that you use our return label for your return to be approved. Follow these steps to register your return:

  1. Click the link and go to PostNord’s return solution
  2. Enter your phone number and click "Continue"
  3. Enter your address and contact information
  4. Under “Your reference”, enter your phone number
  5. Under "Recipient’s reference" enter the order number for the item you want to return
  6. Choose a drop-off point and read through the information on the page
  7. Download the label and note the delivery code – you will also receive this by e-mail

Uncollected parcel

Uncollected parcels are subject to a fee of NOK 150 plus shipping. This is to cover all costs for shipping both ways, handling and packaging. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and mobile number so we can notify you when the parcel is ready for collection. The mobile number provided must be a Norwegian number.

Complaints

If something is wrong with the item you have received – whether it concerns a manufacturing fault or damage – please contact us as soon as possible. Send an e-mail to nettbutikk@hadeland.com and state your order number, item number or item name, and preferably include photos showing the issue.

In accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act, you have the right to submit a complaint for up to two years after purchase. If the product is intended to last significantly longer, the deadline is five years. We will help you further as soon as we have received the information.
