Returns and complaints
At Hadeland Glassverk, shopping should be safe and easy. Here you’ll find information about your right of withdrawal, returns, complaints, and what to do if there’s an issue with your order.
Responsibility and inspection of goods upon receipt
Once the items have arrived, you are responsible for them. We recommend checking your delivery as soon as possible—to ensure everything matches your order and to identify any shipping damage or other issues.
Right of withdrawal and returns
At Hadeland Glassverk, we offer an extended right of withdrawal – you have a full 30 days from receiving your item to change your mind. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, and the withdrawal form must be filled out and included.
As soon as we have processed and approved your return, we will refund the amount for the item. You can easily register your return via this link.
We recommend using our return label to ensure your return is approved. Follow these steps to register your return:

- Enter your phone number and click "Continue"
- Fill in your address and contact information
- Under "Your reference" enter your phone number
- Under "Recipient's reference," enter the order number for the item you want to return.
- Select a drop-off location and read the information on the page
- Download the label and note the delivery code—you’ll also receive this by email
Unclaimed package
Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of 150 NOK plus shipping. This covers all costs for return shipping, handling, and packaging. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and mobile number so we can notify you when your package is ready for pickup. The mobile number provided must be a Norwegian number.
Claims
If something is wrong with the item you received – whether it’s a manufacturing defect or damage – please contact us as soon as possible. Send an email to kundeservice@hadeland-glassverk.no and include your order number, item number or item name, and preferably photos showing the issue.
According to the Consumer Purchases Act, you have the right to file a complaint up to two years after purchase. If the product is intended to last significantly longer, the deadline is five years. We will assist you as soon as we have received your information.
