1) Definition of Parties
The seller is Hadeland Glassverk AS (Org. No.: 937 948 212), Glassverkvegen 9, 3520 Jevnaker, hereafter referred to as the seller, we, or us.
The buyer is the person identified as the purchaser in the order, and will hereafter be referred to as the customer, buyer, you, your, or yours.
2) General Terms
The purchase terms apply to the purchase of goods and services from www.hadeland-glassverk.no and its subpages.
The purchase terms and your order, as confirmed by the order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement for the purchase. Consumer purchases are regulated by, among others, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-commerce Act, and the Credit Purchases Act.
If you are under 18 years of age, parental consent is required. As a general rule, goods from the online store can only be ordered for delivery within Norway. Delivery outside the country’s borders must be arranged directly with customer service.
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping unless otherwise specified. The total cost will be displayed before the order is placed and will include all expenses related to the purchase. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any goods due to typographical errors, pricing mistakes, competitive circumstances, or any other reason.
3) Payment
The customer selects the payment method. Payments are processed by qualified providers, specifically Klarna Norge AS and Nets Branch Norway, which are secure electronic payment providers for Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard.
All information entered in Klarna Checkout or Nets, including personal data and card information, is encrypted and secured according to the highest standards. All card information is stored in accordance with card company regulations. As the end customer, you can be assured that your information will never be compromised or shared with third parties. We require payment for the goods from the moment they are dispatched from us to the customer.
4) Delivery and Delays
Shipments are sent with PostNord. Deliveries are only within Norway. PostNord typically delivers within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, longer delivery times may occur. Shipping costs of NOK 79 are charged to the customer. All prices are specified during the checkout process. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. The package must be collected from your MyPack pickup location within 7 days before it is returned to us. If the package is not collected at the agreed location and the customer requests a new delivery, the costs associated with resending will generally be charged to the customer.
Uncollected packages are subject to a fee of NOK 150 plus shipping to cover all costs for return shipping, handling, and packaging. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and mobile number so we can notify you when your package is ready for pickup. The provided mobile number must be a Norwegian number.
If an item is out of stock, the remaining items will be shipped and the missing item(s) will be credited. The customer will receive a confirmation email regarding this credit.

7) Exchange/Right of Withdrawal
At Hadeland Glassverk, you have an extended right of withdrawal for up to 30 days from the date you receive the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, along with a completed withdrawal form. Once the return is approved, you will be refunded the applicable amount. Use our return label for an approved return; this costs NOK 99, which will be deducted from your refund. If delivery or redelivery is unreasonably difficult due to labor disputes or any other circumstance beyond the parties’ control, such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military call-ups of similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and disturbances, lack of transportation, general shortage of goods, or deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers due to such circumstances as described in this section, the seller is exempt from all other liability except in cases of complaints and will credit the purchase price for the defective item.
