ICON Bordeaux glasses from Hadeland Glassverk are 24 cm tall and hold 85 cl, specially designed for powerful, aged red wines. The shape of the glass is developed to enhance the delicate fruit notes in the wine and optimize the tasting experience.

This wine glass is a world-class product, created in collaboration with Norway's leading glassblowers and wine experts. The ICON series represents the very best of Norwegian design and craftsmanship, and includes nine specially designed glasses along with two carafes suited for both red and white wine, as well as a water glass.

Under the direction of design manager Maud Gj. Bugge and wine expert Martin Arentz, together with a team of wine specialists, the ICON series has become a symbol of Norwegian quality on an international level. As Geir Salvesen, renowned wine journalist, states: "Now Norway has a wine glass at an international quality level."

Despite their elegant and delicate appearance, the glasses are sturdy enough to withstand regular use in the dishwasher without losing their natural shine.
