ICON Champagne and Dessert Wine Glasses from Hadeland Glassverk are 24 cm tall and hold 40 cl, designed especially for champagne and other sparkling wines produced by the Champagne method. The glass is also excellent for dessert wines such as Port, Madeira, Sauternes, and Icewine, and enhances the delicate aromas and flavors these wines offer.

Produced by Norway's most skilled glassblowers in collaboration with leading wine experts, this glass represents the pinnacle of Norwegian craftsmanship and design. The ICON series includes nine specially designed glasses, each contributing to an optimal aroma and taste experience, and is complemented by two decanters suited for both red and white wine, as well as a water glass.

The design is led by Maud Gj. Bugge in close collaboration with wine expert Martin Arentz and other professionals, aiming to set an international standard for quality and functionality. As Geir Salvesen, renowned wine journalist, has stated: "Norway now has a wine glass at an international quality level."

Despite the glass’s elegant and delicate appearance, it is robust enough to withstand regular use in the dishwasher without losing its natural shine.
