Siri from Hadeland Glassverk, signed by the award-winning Norwegian glass designer Willy Johansson, was launched in 1954. Johansson aimed to produce a new collection of everyday glassware that would be beautiful, yet affordable and accessible to most people.

The Siri products, with their characteristic grooves, broke with the conventional glass shapes of their time, and the launch of Siri was considered revolutionary in the history of pressed glass.

Hadeland Glassverk relaunched Siri in 2020, to the delight of everyone who loves Norwegian design. The series is based on Willy Johansson’s original drawings from 1953 and included brand new products by designer Christian Svinddal.
