Hadeland Glassverk, founded in 1762, is Norway's oldest operating craft enterprise and today one of the country's most popular travel destinations. Here, traditional craftsmanship and modern experiences stand side by side.
This is what you can experience with us:
- Watch the glassblowers perform magic in the Glasshouse
- Try blowing your own glass and participate in other creative workshops
- Experience art and history. We have our own museum, the Treasury.
- Eat well from several different restaurants
- Shop for designer products and get bargains in stores
- Explore historic buildings and art exhibitions
We also offer tailor-made arrangements for groups and conferences, with accommodation at Thorbjørnrud Hotell nearby.
From May to late summer, you can travel to us comfortably by Vy bus directly from Oslo – perfect for a day trip with content.
