To create the optic pattern, the glassblower presses the molten glass into a ring with upright slats, which creates deep grooves in the glass. The glass is then blown into a smooth granite mold, giving the crystal sphere a smooth outer layer and a wavy inner core.

 

All our crystal globes are mouth-blown and hand-polished at Hadeland Glassverk. More than seven artisans add their personal touch to the lamp before it is shipped to your home. Every crystal globe is crafted with exquisite and precise workmanship and quality.

Clean the globe with a dry, clean, lint-free cloth. We recommend our glass cloth (microfiber cloth) for 59,- available in our online store. Do not use cleaning agents with abrasives or solvents. Bulb recommendations: Calex LED dimmable E14 390lm, white or clear bulb.
