SODA DAWN RED 120MM

The Soda Dawn Red pendant lamp combines traditional glass craftsmanship with a playful and elegant expression. The soda technique, which became particularly popular in the 1950s, gives the glass its characteristic bubble pattern. The effect occurs when the glassblower sprinkles mineral powder on the hot glass sphere before it is reheated and blown into shape. During this process, small air bubbles form and are trapped in the glass mass, creating a unique, lively pattern in every crystal sphere.

All crystal spheres from Hadeland Glassverk are mouth-blown and hand-polished by our skilled glassblowers and polishers. More than seven different craftspeople contribute to each lamp, giving each piece a unique personal character. The warm Dawn Red color adds a soft and elegant glow to the room, fitting equally well in modern homes and classic interiors. The lamp works excellently both alone and in combination with several, for example over a dining table, kitchen island, or in the living room. The design is signed by Maud Gj. Bugge, and reflects our long history of quality and precision.
