Experience the magic of shaping glowing glass with help from our professional glassblowers. The activity is suitable for everyone from around age 4 and up, and you’ll receive close guidance throughout. Watch as a glowing mass becomes an Easter egg, a Christmas heart, or a small vase – all blown by you.
A memory you created yourself
Glassblowing is a fascinating and sensory experience – you feel the heat from the ovens, watch how color and shape develop, and create something truly unique with your own hands.
The glass must cool for at least an hour and a half after blowing, so we recommend starting your visit with this activity – that way, you'll have time to explore the shops and take a break while you wait.
The item you create is symbolic and not intended for use or sale – it represents your participation, not a finished product.

We have been making glass at Hadeland for over 260 years and still use the same traditional techniques. Come feel the heat, see the intensity – and step into the world of glass!

When you buy a ticket, you’ll receive a QR code. Scan it and follow your place in line in real time! You can safely grab a coffee, shop, or look around while you wait your turn.

The glassblowing menu changes throughout the year – so there’s always something new to create:

Each item is unique – its shape is influenced by your blowing technique, and the colors can vary from day to day.
