Have you been unlucky and broken an Odyssè glass? We offer a unique breakage replacement for this series – at no extra cost. The offer applies to private individuals, and not to catering establishments or professional operators.
Here's how it works:
Take care of the stem
The stem is your "ticket" to a new glass. You must take care of it in case of an accident.
Deliver the stem in the store
Bring the glass to Hadeland Glassverk or the nearest Christiania Glassmagasin store. You don't need a receipt.
Get new glass – completely free
We will replace the broken glass with new Odyssè glass on site.
Don't you live nearby?
No problem! Send a picture of the glass along with a copy of your receipt to: nettbutikk@hadeland.com . We will send you a new glass in the mail – completely free of charge.
