Wood Hotel Bodø
Perched atop Rønvikfjellet in Bodø, Wood Hotel is a modern, sustainable resort built in solid timber – flooded with natural light and panoramic views. It celebrates northern Norwegian nature, hiking traditions, and architecture. Hadeland Glassverk proudly supplied lighting for the entire hotel.
The lighting is part of a cohesive design concept where northern identity meets modern comfort. The hotel also features furniture from Slettvoll, beds from Jensen, and carpets made from recycled fishing nets. Artwork in the reception and restaurant is by H.M. Queen Sonja, and the rooms display photography by Royal Court Photographer Ann Cathrin Buchardt.
Wood Hotel continues the legacy of the historic Turisthytta once located on the same site – offering tranquility, views, and nature in a new architectural landmark.
