PEER GYNT RED WINE GLASS 23CL

Peer Gynt red wine glass 23 cl is a Norwegian design classic created by Willy Johansson in 1971. The glass has been in production for more than 50 years and is still mouth-blown and handcrafted at Hadeland Glassverk using traditional techniques that continue Norway’s proud glassmaking heritage.

The distinctive twisted stem is inspired by twisted tree trunks and the historic Nøstetangen glasses. It gives the glass a sculptural and elegant expression while also providing a stable and comfortable grip.

The shape of the glass is designed to enhance the aroma and flavour of red wine, while the soft lines and twisted stem give the collection its iconic identity. Peer Gynt combines function, elegance and genuine craftsmanship — equally suited for special occasions and long dinners around the table.
